How to Make a Return via Your Account

Returning your item is quick and easy through your account. Simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log Into Your Account
Visit our website and click “Account / Login”, then enter your email address and password.

Step 2: Find Your Order
Go to “My Orders” and select the order that contains the item you wish to return.

Step 3: Request a Return
Click “Request Return” next to the item(s), select your return reason, add any notes if required, and submit your request.

Step 4: Choose Your Return Method
Once your return is approved, you can choose from the following options:

• DPD Drop-Off (£2.99) – Print or download your label and drop off at a local shop

• DPD Collection (£9.00) – Arrange a collection from your address

• Or return the item using your own preferred courier at your own cost.

Step 5: Pack and Send Your Item
Securely package your item in its original packaging, include your order number, and attach your return label if using DPD.

Step 6: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed. Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 working days.

Important Information

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Custom fit and outlet items are non-returnable and non-refundable

• Returns requested outside the 60-day window may not be accepted
