Delivery Information

Here at GolfStar direct our aim is to get your products shipped in the fastest possible time. We want you to be able to hit the course with your new purchase asap!

We have an experienced team handling all of the shipments and use lots of clever automation to speed up the handling process. We only offer next day shipping because who wants to wait?

Weekend orders – Any orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Free for orders over £39

Next working day delivery before 12pm* £7.99

Next working day delivery before 10.30am* £12.99

*Orders must be placed before 2PM

Saturday Delivery £7.99

Sunday Delivery £7.99

Weekend deliveries will need to be placed before 2PM on Friday.

All channel islands, Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland will receive economy delivery as standard. Please contact us for upgraded services.

1 hour slots

We use DPD for all of our deliveries we have found these to be the best when it comes to managing your delivery. You have lots of options to choose if your not at home on the day of delivery. You will receive a text and email directly from DPD with your tracking information. They also give a 1 hour window for your delivery.

Delivery cut offs

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be sent that day. Any orders after this time will be sent the following working day.
Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be received next working day.

Orders placed on Fridays up to 2pm can have the option of Saturday or Sunday delivery. If a Saturday or Sunday delivery option is not selected the item will arrive on Monday.

FAQs on delivery

What happens if I’m not at home on the day of delivery?

You have the option to change address, deliver to neighbour, leave in a safe place or re deliver on another day. You can do this by following the instruction sent from DPD.

Can I change address after ordering?

We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped, However you can do this by following the instructions sent from DPD.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

We are all busy with our lives and sometimes this can happen. If you do miss a delivery you will be given a card with instructions to follow.
