Click & Collect

1. **Browse and Select Items**: Start by browsing through our store’s website to find the items you want to purchase. Add them to your shopping cart.

2. **Choose Click and Collect Option**: During the checkout process, look for the option to select “Click and Collect”. This option is available alongside other delivery options.

3. **Our Store Pickup Location**: Unit 25, Coleshill Industrial Estate, Station Road, Coleshill, B46 1JP

4. **Complete Payment**: Proceed to the payment section and complete your transaction. You may need to provide your contact information and payment details at this stage.

5. **Confirmation Email**: After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain details of your order, pickup location, and any instructions you need to follow.

6. **Wait for Pickup Notification**: Once your order is processed and ready for pickup, you’ll receive another notification informing you that it’s ready.

7. **Head to the Store**: When you’re ready to collect your order.

8. **Bring Identification/Order Confirmation**: Make sure to bring a valid form of identification (such as a driver’s license or ID card) along with your order confirmation email.. This helps the store staff verify your identity and process your pickup quickly.

9. **Collect Your Order**: Once you arrive at the store and your identity is verified, the store staff will hand over your order. They may ask you to sign or confirm receipt of the items.

10. **Inspect Your Order**: Before leaving the store, take a moment to inspect your order and ensure that everything is correct and in good condition. If there are any issues or discrepancies, notify the staff immediately for assistance.
